Selection process consists of these three steps



Under “open positions” you can see what we look for in each position. Send us your CV there and apply for the position.

Don’t worry if you don’t have experience — show us your interest through motivational letter and we will be happy to meet you.



If there is a good match, the first step is a standard testing.

The second step is an interview to check if we are on the same page. :)

If the position is technical, sometimes we have a test.

Also, for higher-ranked positions we can organise several more interviews.



On average, the process lasts between two and four weeks.

You will hear from us no matter the outcome. We know how important it is to be informed. :)
